Welcome to Taskbz. By creating an account or using Taskbz at www.taskbz.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The Service

Taskbz is a task and project organisation tool that lets you create boards, manage tasks, and collaborate with others. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

2. Your Account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Taskbz.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Taskbz to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Upload or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' boards or accounts.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content (boards, cards, comments) you create in Taskbz. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display your content solely to operate and provide the service to you and your collaborators.

You are solely responsible for your content. We do not review, moderate, or endorse content created by users.

5. Collaboration & Shared Boards

When you invite someone to a board, they will have access to all content on that board. You are responsible for who you invite and the content they can see. When a user accepts an invitation, they are bound by these Terms.

6. Availability

We aim to keep Taskbz accessible at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or any damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

You may stop using Taskbz and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at sathiya1989@gmail.com. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you breach these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taskbz and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (which is zero for free accounts).

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. We are committed to resolving concerns amicably.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Taskbz after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
